Faculty/Staff Accomplishments

Mary Manning, library technician, and Judy Silva, assistant professor, library, both in Bailey Library, had their article "Balancing the Benefits and Challenges of Diverse Responsibilities" published in the peer-reviewed journal, College & Research Libraries, March 2012, 73:164-181.

Barbara Westman, assistant professor of art, has had her art work "Nautiloidea" selected for the national juried show titled "White, Black and Shades of Gray" at South Shore Art Center in Cohasset, Mass. Juror Dina Deitsch, assistant curator of contemporary art for the deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum in Lincoln, Mass., selected the work from more than 1,000 submitted. The exhibit runs through May 6. Westman will also exhibit her print at the “2012: End of Time” juried show organized by the Pittsburgh Print Group at the Pittsburgh Center for The Arts in Shadyside, May 11 through July 22.
